- Visual inspection of the property
- Verification of visible signs of defects and building pathologies (moisture issues, cracks, deterioration, etc.)
- Assessment of the surroundings, location, and solar orientation
- Analysis of common areas (where applicable)
- Technical checklist based on industry best practices
- Evaluation of technical infrastructures: electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation and extraction systems, and visible insulation systems
- Use of diagnostic tools (e.g. moisture meters and thermographic inspections, where applicable)
- Identification of technical and construction-related risks
